Steven M. Nixon

BARBERTON---Steven M. Nixon, 39, passed away suddenly on August 30, 2012. Steven was born in Akron and was a life resident of Barberton where he graduated from Barberton High School in 1992. He enjoyed fishing and camping with his girls. Preceded in death by his father Charles W.; survivors include his daughters Cora, Alexandria, Trenity and Kyla; mother Delores; brother Glen (fiance' Barbie); sister Angela (Scott) Cart; nieces and nephews Dusten, Dominic, Jenna and Mikaela Cart and Glendon and Cinderella Flaker-Nixon; and his companion Judy Lane and her children Chasity and Thomas. Calling Hours will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 4-6 P.M. with funeral service to follow at 6 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Rev. Fleary Spurlock officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
