Sue L. (Petrie) Debevec

BARBERTON---Sue L. Debevec, 79, passed away March 31, 2021.

Sue was born in Barberton where she was a life resident. She retired from North Akron Savings Bank and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by her parents Frank and Myrtle Petrie; She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, James E.; sons Jim (Kelly), Mick (Carla) and Tim (Christine); daughter Diana (Dean) Kohmann; grandchildren Austin, Leigh, Allie, Michael, Macy, Chelsea, Abbey and Katie Debevec; and Shelby, Cassidy and Tori Kohmann; and brother Frank (Liz) Petrie.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers and nurses at Pleasant View Health Care Center.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 204 Sixth St. NW., Barberton. COVID protocols will be followed. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to B.A.C.M., 939 Norton Ave., Barberton, OH 44203.
