Veronica Neal

BARBERTON - Veronica Neal, age 65, took leave of this earth on March 12, 2015 and joined her recently departed mother, Frances.

Before residing at Chambrel of Montrose for the last few years, Veronica was a long-time resident of Barberton. She attended Barberton Schools and Graduated from Barberton High School. She was an Army veteran with an Honorable Discharge at the rank of SP4 and later attended the University of Akron.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Sherwood (Bruce); her parents, Louis and Frances Trenta; and Sister, Natalie Muren. She is survived by Daughters, Carla Cinkole of Chardon, Jennifer Gladis of Mesa, Arizona, and Sheri (Marc) Osborne of Barberton as well as grandchildren Stephanie, Joelle, Ian, Courtney, and Brian and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Brothers, Louis, Jr (Mary Joan) of Copley, Gerald (Lynn) of Katy, TX, Richard (Linda) of Lakeland, FL, Joseph (Linda) of Wadsworth, Stephen (Margo) and Lawrence (Mary) of Barberton, Mark (Toni) of Deland, FL, Raymond (Kathy) of Akron, Paul (Nanette) of Hartville, Sisters, Mary Kay Hartman (Don) of Wadsworth, Nora Jane Perino (Charles Randal) of New Franklin, and Connie of Barberton, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015, 10:00 A.M. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Avenue, Barberton. Fr. Robert Jackson celebrant. Calling hours ONE HOUR PRIOR to the mass AT THE CHURCH. Internment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Per her wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Veronica's name to the Prince of Peace Church or to a charity having special meaning to you.
