Wayne Kaser

Wayne Kaser, 84, of Alliance, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 62 years, Margaret Kaser.

Wayne is survived by his children: Dan (Debi) Kaser of Jeanette, PA; Cheryl (AJ) of Cleveland, OH; and David (Amy) Kaser of Wadsworth, OH. He was a devoted grandfather to six grandchildren—Derek, David (Bethany), Christian (Zoe), Mikaela, Natalyn, and Arianna—and a proud great-grandfather to Elias, Ella, and Everly. He is also survived by his sister Sharon (Duane) Thompson, brother David (Linda) Kaser, and several nieces and nephews.

Born in Millersburg, OH on May 5, 1941, Wayne was the son of Richard and Martha Kaser. He graduated from Malvern High School in 1959 and worked for several companies including Republic Steel, RCA, Cincinnati Milling, and Phillips. In mid-life, Wayne followed his calling into ministry, attending Great Lakes Bible College in Lansing, Michigan. He faithfully served congregations in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, and Kentucky from 1981 until his retirement in 2010.

After retiring, Wayne and Margaret settled in Alliance, OH, where he enjoyed a peaceful life filled with faith, family, and service. Wayne will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to God, his family, and his community.

His life was one of purpose, kindness, and quiet strength. He leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and service that will live on through all who knew him.

Wayne's Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday August 7, 2025 at Beachwood Christian Church, 12950 Easton St. NE., Alliance, OH 44601. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the service time. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Wayne’s memory to establish a scholarship for a student at Great Lakes Bible College who is pursuing ministry.
