Wilma J. Gabel

BARBERTON---Wilma J. Gabel, 76, passed away March 27, 2014 at the Hospice Care Center.


Wilma was born in Wise, Virginia and had been a Barberton resident for the last 50 years. She worked at Sweet Henrie's for 15 years.


Preceded in death by her husband Paul; son Steve Joyce; and sister Charlotte Mullins; Survivors include her niece Terri (James) Howell; nephews Rick (Donna) Mullins and Doug (Jill) Mullins; and special friends Kurt and Darlene, Bel and Mitty and Pete and Janet.


Calling Hours will be held Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M. followed by the funeral service at 4:00 P.M. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Paul Clark officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Monday at 10:00 A.M. (please meet at the grave). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, 44333.
