CLINTON---Anna Y. Vozar passed away Sunday December 5, 2021 (1 month shy of her 99th birthday). She was born January 5, 1923 to John and Anna Kiminecz. Anna married William J. Vozar Sr. on August 2, 1947 and was a lifetime resident of Clinton. She retired in 1998 from the Fred Albrect Grocery Company as a bakery manager and was a charter member of Valley Community Church where she was active in the church’s missionary sewing circle. Anna enjoyed raising flowers and working in her vegetable garden.
Preceded in death by her husband William, her parents, sister Helen Mertic, brothers John and Charlie Kiminecz. Anna is survived by daughters Barbara (Terry) Ritter, Kathy (Gary) Shepperd and son William (Carol) Vozar; grandchildren Julie and Amy Ritter, Jennifer (Brent Corrigan), Nicholas Vozar (Rachelle Holic) and Curtis Vozar (Torie); four great granddaughters; sister Margaret Biro; brother Ernest Kiminecz and many nieces and nephews.
Anna’s Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021 at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Pastor Daryl Paris officiating.
