Carla Jennings Obituary
BARBERTON---Carla M. Jennings, 78, passed away November 14, 2021 after a long hard fought battle with COPD and dementia.
Carla was born in Akron, lived in Barberton for most of her life, moved to California for 20 years where she worked at Henry Schein Dental and returned to Barberton in 2011. She loved camping, boating, riding her quad in the desert and Sam’s Club Hot Dogs !
Preceded in death by her son David; She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Fred; daughters Denise (Paul) Hernandez and Diane (Jack) Harlan; grandchildren Michael, Jessica, Kevin and Katie; and three great-grandchildren.
Carla’s Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Rev. Mike Prebynski officiating. Calling Hours ONE HOUR PRIOR to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Barberton in her name.
