John E. Hausch

BARBERTON---John E. Hausch, 85, passed away October 15, 2021.

John was born in Barberton where he was a life resident and retired from B.F. Goodrich after 37 ½ yrs. He was a member of Columbia United Church of Christ and a proud Marine Corp Veteran. John was a hard worker, avid fisherman but most of all loved spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his parents Carl and Lydia; and sister-in-law’s Bonnie Berry, Dorothy Leuenberger and Peggy Hausch; He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Kathleen; daughters Cindy Hausch, Susan (Rick) Brown and Kristin (Mark) Gabel; grandchildren Jessica (Brad) Wenger, Brandon (Jenna) Brown, Janelle Brown (Jordon Ammons) and Tyler Brown; six great-grandchildren; brother Richard Hausch; and several nieces and nephews.

John’s Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Columbia United Church of Christ, 978 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton. Pastor John Henniger, officiating. Private Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday One Hour Prior to the Service ALL AT THE CHURCH.
