Linda K. (Breiding) Burgess

Linda K. Burgess (née Breiding), 68, passed away April 14, 2022, at Akron City Hospital surrounded by her family.

Linda was born in Akron and was an area resident of Barberton where she was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church. Linda worked at the Acme grocery store in Coventry for 21 years in customer service after retiring from 35 years of service in banking.

Preceded in death by her father Louis and her brother Stephen and beloved dog Omar; She is survived by her son Eric; grandchildren Olivia and Caleb; mother Sylvia; brothers Michael (Diane), Ken (Sue), and Jeff; and sister Renee.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 4022 Johnson Rd., Norton.
