NORTON---Margaret Sebe 75, passed away March 28, 2022. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, James; sister Duzsa Miklosne in Hungary; brother Josef "Rudy" (Barbara) Vamos; sons Jim, John, Mike (Cheryl) and Paul (Jennifer); grandchildren John Bowman (Nicole), Mike (Stephanie), Amelia, Jimmy, Johnny and Georgie; great-grandchildren Addyson, Carter, Avery, Caydence, Anderson, Cason, Clara, Greyson and Chyana.
Margaret was born in Hungary in 1946 and came to America at the age of 21. After the birth of her son Paul, she worked at the Lorantffy Care Center for 40 years. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, taking long walks and being a snow bird in Florida where she had a set of friends to hang out with.
She was proud of her Hungarian heritage which she shared by cooking traditional Hungarian dishes for her family. She was also a member of the Hungarian American Club, dedicating her time to teaching the future generations of kids grape dancing and Hungarian customs. She was an Angel, always putting everyone else’s needs above her own.
Margaret’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Fr. Robert Jackson celebrant. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton.
