Paul J. Karson Jr.

Paul J. Karson Jr., 87, passed away August 17, 2025. Paul was born in Barberton where he was a life resident, proudly served his country in the Navy, and retired as a USPS letter carrier. He was an inspiring and devoted father, grandfather, and great- grandfather.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Rosemary; his parents Paul Sr. & Elizabeth; and sister Susan: Survivors includes children, Paul III, Rosemarie Karson, Stephanie Karson, and Gregory Karson (Lisa); grandchildren, Ryan Gregory (Sarah), Aaron, and Trista Karson; great-grandchildren, Jacoby, Cooper, and Kash Karson.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025, Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Calling Hours will be at the church from 11:30 a.m. until service time. Private Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
