I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Pauline. Her and Uncle Tommy were a big part of my life with the Schoonover family. I remember many good times at Amish dinners in the summer and cooking for her church meals. My condolences to the family and friends of this amazing woman and couple.

Pauline and I were friends of long standing. As an art teacher of 2+ decades , I saw Pauline
nearly daily in her various capacities there. After our retirements and the loss of our husbands we often enjoyed dinner-on-the -town together. A special memory was having Pauline as our guest at our wedding on May 17,2014 at Saint Francis De Sales Church as I remarried. Pauline was a very dear friend and will be greatly missed.

I have been reminiscing for the last couple of weeks. Mom & Dad, Christmas, Clay Park, Grandma's plastic covered furniture. We really were a lucky bunch of kids. All of us are really gonna miss your Mom, her stories and her cards for EVERY occasion.

I am very sorry to hear of your mother’s passing away. She was my Den Mother when I was in the Cub Scouts. I remember her as a very kind and loving person. I would sometimes run into her at Buehler’s in Wadsworth. Unfortunely, I am away from the parish at present doing a sabbatical in Rome. I will offer Mass for her tomorrow morning here in Rome. I will keep all of you in prayer during this very sad time. She was a woman of faith lived in the love of God. That is her comfort now and I pray it will be yours too.
