Both Jim and Eleanor were members of my parents "posse." All of the "gang" were great people. My memory of Eleanor was her infectious laugh. You knew it was Eleanor.

Mom was always laughing, happy and full of energy, thus the term of endearment "energizer bunny" was given to her by all of us :) She had her hip replaced at 92 and you better be ready to walk FAST if you were going out with the little gal. She was driven by Rich along with her slot playing pals Ginny and Shirley, Dad too, on many a trip to Mountaineer, never forget going on her 90th birthday with a tiera and a satin over the shoulder/across her front ribbon displaying Happy 90th Birthday & the day she had. Mom was amazing and had a wonderful long life, full of love, laughter, dancing, bridge, bingo, double solitaire, family parties at our house, holidays & family vacations at the lake house, surrounded by her kids, grandkids, great grandkids and extending family members from all sides of the many families that were connected to her for her entire life. Along with 66 yrs & 7 mos being married to our Dad, they/we had a GREAT outdoor kind of life. She became ill on her 97th birthday but enjoyed the day before outside at the lake house watching & laughing with all of her family playing in the pool, games in the yard and on the dock fishing in the lake. The "End of Her Life" was Beautiful just like she was, Peaceful just like she deserved, with my cheek gently resting on Mom's cheek and Tim & Barb holding her hands when she took her last breath at 1:15 am Sat with Glenn Miller playing softly. Have fun dancing with Dad and partying with the Gang, Momma.
Forever xoxo Patty

Eleanor will be greatly missed. She was a vivacious and fun lady. Always had a story and a laugh, and it was a great laugh, at every event.
